Game Boy Color Wire-free Tactile Button Mod V2

Give your Game Boy Color buttons a clicky, tactile feel with this easy to install wire-free button board!

The improved V2 kit is now a single piece for easier installation, and contains invalid input rejection on the D-pad -- if all four directions are actuated at the same time, opposing directions will not register simultaneously, which will prevent issues with certain titles, e.g. Link's Awakening.

Installation:
1. Align board over button contacts, ensuring that the through-holes align with the test points on the board
2. Solder all points on the button board to the test points below. Best practice is to apply gentle pressure to either side of the pads while applying solder to ensure the board remains flat
3. V2 kit now requires both GND and VDD connections from the cartridge connector -- be sure to solder both.
4. Success!

Note: The V2 kit does not make the start/select buttons tactile due to the unsuitability of the stock membranes.
